First Aid – every sitter has First Aid qualifications to meet national childcare standards, so rest assured that they’ll know what to do in an emergency.
Experience – all of our babysitters have at least 2 years of professional childcare experience, reference checked and personal face-to-face/zoom Interviewing.
Q: Is it possible to book at a few hours’ notice?
A: Yes, it is possible. This is also applicable to those that make a booking barely a few hours before the starting time of the service.
A: All payments are made trough the our online booking form by Stripe.
You do not need to worry about the exact duration of your babysitting.
Your card is pre-authorised before every sit.
No funds will be taken and you don’t pay a penny until your sit is completed.
Q: Do you offer babysitting services at hotels?

Q: What is your cancelation policy?
A: Against the backdrop that plans may go awry, we offer total refunds for cancelations carried out from the specific time of the booking until 24 hours the sitter is expected to arrive.It should be noted that no full refunds will be made for cancelations made less than 24 hours of the sitter’s arrival, or if you booked less than 24 hours in advance, so you will be charged 25% of the full amount.
Q: Will babysitters cater for their transportation?
A: Yes, they do. Babysitters arrange for their cost of transportation with no recourse to you. At times, there may be the need for compensation for their transportation, and in such cases, you will be duly informed before the confirmation of your booking. If a booking extends past midnight we kindly ask that the parent pays for a taxi home for the babysitter.
Q: Is babysitting offered for special events or programs?
A: Yes, we do offer babysitting services for special events, programs, weddings, and may even set up a creche for you. For further information, contact us directly
